Return Policy
We understand that buying shoes online is tough. Your satisfaction is important to use. We are happy to work with you on your refund or exchange.
Online Purchases, Returns, & Exchanges:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new footwear you can return your new/unworn purchase in its original packaging within 21 days for a full refund.
All we ask is that you return the shoes in unworn, original condition with their original packaging. Footwear that is worn or cannot be restocked is non-returnable. We will look over all returns and contact you if items are non-returnable. Any items that are considered non-returnable will be sent back to you at your expense.
Please include a copy of your receipt or packing slip with all original packaging, tags and insoles. We do not provide return shipping labels for returned items. We will not be responsible for any merchandise lost in transit during the return process.
All shoes or accessories marked sale/clearance are final and non-refundable/returnable. This does not apply to store-wide discount events or coupon code discounts on items not specifically marked as sale/clearance.

Our in-store return policy differs from our online return policy.
All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 business days and please bring your receipt for the product with you.
All shoes must be in new/unworn condition, in original packaging and with original insoles.
No refunds will be provided on bags, wallets, pedorthic services, orthotics, insoles, accessories or socks
Credit/Debit Card refund payments will be given immediately.
