The Comfort full-length orthotic insole features extra-thick memory-resistant Poron® padding designed to provide pain relief, support, and protection from impact and vibration across the length of the foot. The top is covered with Alcantara®, an extremely durable, soft, water-repellent and non-allergenic material. The “cocooning heel” with shock-absorbing memory-resistant Poron® cushion contributes to correct posture, softens the impact of the heel on the ground, and absorbs vibrations to minimize stress on the joints and the spine. The extra-thick (5mm) full-length Poron memory membrane provides cushioning and shock absorbance to relieve pain, fatigue, and distributes the body’s weight to all areas of the foot.
